  • We've partnered with Rafflelink to make purchasing tickets faster, easier, and more secure. Rafflelink is Australia's leading digital raffle platform that allows you to:

    ·      Get your ticket instantly via email

    ·      Pay securely online with credit card or paypal

    ·      Receive immediate confirmation of your purchase

    ·      Track your ticket details in one place

    This system also helps us manage the raffle more efficiently and ensures every ticket is properly recorded and tracked. Most importantly, it means lower overheads and professional compliance management which means more funds go directly to supporting the Hepburn Burras.

  • All of the official tickets are now digital and created through Rafflelink. However, we do understand some people prefer physical tickets.

    If you are wanting a physical ticket, simply give Colleen a call on 0475 383 292. We will charge a small fee to cover the cost of postage. Please note however, it is your email confirmation that forms your official ticket with ticket number.

    All physical tickets sent will not include the individual ticket number or your name.

    Alternately, you can choose to print your digital ticket - it isn’t as pretty as a physical one - but it is this ticket that will be the one determining the winner!

  • Yes, cash payments are still accepted, but they need to be processed differently. If you prefer to pay with cash:

    • Contact our Raffle Coordinator, Colleen, on 0475 383 292.

    • Arrange to meet at the Hepburn Football Club or by appointment.

    Your ticket will then be processed through Rafflelink and you'll still receive digital confirmation.

  • No. Both trucks are already manufactured and ready for their new owner. The specifications you see on our website are exactly what you'll receive. Both the K20 Big Cab and T909 are built to Kenworth's premium standards with all the features included. These are undoubtedly two of the best Kenworth trucks available in Australia right now.

  • No. Prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. However, you do get to choose between the Kenworth K220 or the Kenworth T909 - both valued at nearly $500,000 with all on-road costs included.

  • The winning truck will be available for collection within one month of the draw date (Easter Monday, 6 April 2026). Collection details will be arranged directly with the winner after the draw.

  • Your digital ticket is emailed immediately after purchase through Rafflelink. If you don't receive it:

    • Check your spam/junk folder first

    • Contact Rafflelink customer support - you may have a spelling error in your email address

    • Contact our Raffle Coordinator, Colleen, on 0475 383 292 or email info@hepburnfnclubraffle.com.au

    Your ticket purchase is recorded in the Rafflelink system regardless, so you're still in the draw.

  • Every ticket purchased through Rafflelink receives a unique ticket number and digital confirmation. This system ensures complete transparency and security. All ticket numbers are recorded and verified before the draw.

    The security of digital tickets means that even if you accidentally lose your email, we can resend it to you. And of course, no-one else can claim that they have your ticket number.

  • Yes! You can purchase multiple tickets to increase your chances. Remember, with only 1200 tickets available Australia-wide, multiple tickets significantly improve your odds.

  • Based on our track record, our raffles always sell out before the official closing date. Ticket sales will stop immediately once all 1200 tickets are sold, so don't wait to secure your chance.

  • All winners will be contacted directly using the details provided during ticket purchase. Results will also be published on our website and Facebook page. The draw takes place at 3:00pm on Easter Monday, 6 April 2026, at the Hepburn Football and Netball Club rooms and we try to call all winners immediately following the draw.

  • Purchase your ticket before 3 October 2025 and you're automatically entered into the Early Bird Draw for one of two $5,000 prepaid fuel vouchers. These are drawn separately from the main prizes. One ticket = one entry.

  • Yes. Rafflelink uses bank-level security for all transactions and personal information. Your details are only used for raffle administration and prize notification. We comply with all Australian privacy laws.

  • Tickets are non-transferable. The person who purchases the ticket must be the same person who claims any prize if won. You can of course, gift any of your prizes to someone else following the draw!
